SadBirdOur cancellation policy allows you to transfer the registration to a different associate at any time before the class begins. If, for example, the associate is no longer employed, the company owns the registration and can assign it to another associate.  Please contact us with the substitution information.

If cancellation is necessary, we will refund your registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, when canceling 11 days (or more) prior to the workshop.

We begin to send materials, license keys and links approximately 10 days prior to the workshop. Therefore, substitutions cannot be made in the final 10 days  prior to the event. If an attendee is unable to participate in a scheduled class, they will receive a recording link for the session so that they may review the class at a more convenient time.

If you need to cancel completely, we will hold a credit for your company under ‘Training’, that you may use within one year after the date of cancellation. When using a credit, you will be required to pay any difference in price for the new class registration.
