This is a virtual one-track, highly-interactive program, designed for technical communication managers to hone their skills in six critical areas of management:

Format of Sessions

  • 3 hours each, with ½ hour intermission
  • Instruction built off of the Improvisational Communication program
  • A case study featuring a real-life technical communication situation and how it was addressed
  • Development of skills in breakout sessions
  • Application of skills in small group role-playing scenarios
  • Recap of best practice takeaways
